Great news! Langley Federal Credit Union is updating teller lines with new equipment to make your future visits faster and even more secure! By simply entering your account number and CHIPs (automated phone teller) PIN on LFCU's new Signature Pads, your account information will automatically be visible to the teller.
Greater Convenience
And because we now have ID Scanners, your photo ID will also be displayed on the teller’s screen. No more pulling out ID or verbally announcing your member number — unless you want to!
Faster Service
Plus, LFCU added Thermal Printers that will quickly print your receipt and automatically store another in our new Document Management System for easy retrieval if you need it at a later date. Although it will take some effort to get members adjusted to this change, we are confident it will greatly improve your overall experience in our branches.
