Assistant Vice President of Facilities Management
Provides overall direction and administration in the management and operation of all Langley properties, mechanical plants, equipment, vehicles, and grounds. Plans, organizes, and supervises the Facilities Management staff and constructs and maintains Langley properties through the optimal utilization of all available resources. Works closely with the Vice President of Facilities Management to accomplish department goals and objectives.
- Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience/training in Commercial construction/maintenance.
- A minimum of seven (7) years experience in managing property management, marketing and leasing office buildings or Commercial construction/maintenance.
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful supervisory experience, including coaching, constructive criticism, goal setting, counseling and completion of performance evaluations.
- Experience managing a full function Facilities Management department.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of applicable building codes, OSHA, BOCA, NFC.
- Proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, written and verbal communication skills.

Under the direct supervision of the Applications Manager reviews, evaluates, maintains, and implements databases and database applications for LFCU systems while following LFCU established policies and procedures. Identifies data sources, prepares data flow diagrams, creates system/user documentation and writes/modifies code for database access as required. Supports the development and maintenance of SQL Server Databases and database applications as directed. Defines efficient methods of software use, diagnoses database system deficiencies or performance issues in application system function and recommends corrective action to resolve identified system problems. Provides backup for host application system ad-hoc reporting upon request. Develops new interfaces between systems, improves existing interfaces, and identifies interface problems, both within and between applications. Assists as directed in the analysis, definition and coordination of software development and maintenance of application systems supported by outside vendors. Provides recommendations as requested on software technology improvements and to establish internal data retrieval/analysis processes. Troubleshoot system problems, both within and between systems. Learn end-user requirements, and provide appropriate liaison between IT and end-user departments as requested.
- Qualifications Required:
- College degree in Information Systems or Business (or related discipline) or an equivalent combination of education and equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in database programming, design, normalization, queries, implementation and administration using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Microsoft development tools and technology.
- Must have a general understanding of data network software/hardware components and knowledge of applicable computing environment procedures and practices. Must also possess the aptitude and ability to learn and utilize new technologies in a quick and effective manner.

Member Service Representatives (Full-time and Peak-time Tellers)
How to Apply
Performs functions normally to be expected of a teller. Processes share withdrawals and deposit requests, respects the confidentiality of all information, and maintains security as appropriate. Must be able to converse clearly and professionally with the members and be easily understood. Peak-time Tellers work 18 hours per week and receive premium pay.

Under general instruction, installs, administers, and optimizes company servers and related components to achieve high performance of the various business applications supported by tuning the servers as necessary. Includes ensuring the availability of client/server applications, configuring all new implementations, and developing processes and procedures for ongoing management of the server environment. Where applicable, assists in overseeing the physical security, integrity, and safety of the data center/server farm. Ensures the stable operation of the in-house computer software systems and network connections. Includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links. Analyzes and resolves end user software program and connectivity issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required. Completes maintenance of all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Monitors server backups, installs upgrades, patches, applications and equipment as needed, and other related duties. Monitors and responds to Help Desk issues as assigned or required.
- Qualifications Required:
- BS degree in a technical major or four (4) or more years equivalent work experience.
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
- Network+ certification or equivalent training/experience.
- Server+ certification or equivalent training/experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience working in a multi-server network environment demonstrating a strong working knowledge of enterprise LANs; WANs; SANs/NAS; networking theory and basic routing concepts; and server maintenance.
