The Constellation Club:
A Special Membership for Kids
At Langley Federal Credit Union, we are focused on our vision — "Serving Members for a Lifetime". What better way to start than with the Constellation Club, providing hands-on financial experience for the youth of LFCU!

Designed for children through age 18, the Constellation Club helps teach the importance of being financially responsible and the rewards of saving.

The Constellation Club includes tangible education tools, seminars and more aimed at improving financial literacy levels among young people. Let Langley Federal help your child reach for the stars!

Little Dippers (through age 10)

Shooting Stars (ages 11 through 18)

  • One NASA Space Camp Scholarship (Huntsville, AL)

  • Four $5,000 Galaxy Graduate College Scholarships (awarded to graduating high school seniors)
Scholarship/Award Criteria***
  • Applicants must:
  • Maintain a "B" average or above (current school year); if applicable, report cards are needed for verification.
  • Make at least one deposit each quarter during the course of their membership (previous year only); quarterly statements are needed for verification.
  • Make a minimum annual deposit of: $50 for Little Dippers and $100 for Shooting Stars.
* Children 14 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult. IMAX and special exhibits at additional charge. Card cannot be used in conjunction with group rates.
** Age 17 and under require a qualifying joint owner.
*** Share Deposits and Scholarships awarded at the Annual Meeting. Employees of LFCU and their families are not eligible for Awards or Scholarships.
Langley Federal Credit Union is donating knowledge and staff time in an effort to improve Youth Financial Literacy within our community. Langley staff is approaching local school systems offering expertise in areas such as the importance of saving, the pitfalls of credit and general money management tips. Langley understands that a few hours of time today might lead to a lifetime of benefits for our children.
