The Sweepstakes is open only to eligible Langley Federal Credit Union members who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who apply for and fund an auto loan at the Carrollton Branch on or before July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Membership eligibility is required, including maintaining the required $5 share deposit ("Eligible Persons"). For loans with multiple borrowers, only the primary borrower identified on the loan application will receive an entry into the Sweepstakes. Co-borrowers, co-signers, guarantors, and other secondary obligors are not eligible to receive a separate entry based on the same loan. Business accounts are not eligible. Employees of Langley Federal Credit Union and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Eligible entries must be received on or before July 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Limit one (1) entry per person. Two (2) winners will be selected by random drawing on August 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The prize consists of one (1) $200 Visa® Gift Card for each winner, with a total value of $400. No transfer or assignment of the prize is permitted. Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Langley Federal Credit Union, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to follow these Official Rules and accept Langley's decisions as final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: This Giveaway begins at 8:30am on June 15,2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2026, (“Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway consists of one entry per person and one drawing. Drawing will occur on August 1, 2026.

HOW TO ENTER: Eligible Persons will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes upon funding a qualifying loan with Langley Federal Credit Union during the Sweepstakes Period. Loans must fund on or before July 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of the number of qualifying loans obtained during the Sweepstakes Period. For loans with multiple borrowers, only the primary borrower identified on the loan application will receive an entry into the Sweepstakes. Co-borrowers, co-signers, guarantors, and other secondary obligors are not eligible to receive a separate entry based on the same loan. The following are not eligible for entry: loans that do not fund by the deadline, withdrawn or cancelled loan applications, denied loan applications, and business loans.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 1, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Branch Manager of Langley Federal Credit Union's Carrollton Branch, whose decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of the winners are final and binding. Each potential winner will be notified by telephone using the contact information maintained by Langley Federal Credit Union. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable time period designated by Langley, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Langley reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

PRIZE: Two (2) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of one (1) Visa® Gift Card with a value of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). The total approximate retail value of all prizes awarded is Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00). Prizes will be available for pick up at a Langley Federal Credit Union branch designated by Langley. Each winner must claim his or her prize within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within the required time period, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Langley may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize. Langley will provide any tax reporting required by applicable law.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of Langley.

All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the prize winner, including all applicable federal, state, and local income taxes. If a prize winner is not deemed a minor in their state of residence at the time of entry, drawing, or prize awarding, their parent or legal guardian may be required to execute the Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release document in order to accept the prize on behalf of the winner. If a parent or legal guardian is unavailable to execute this document, the winner will not receive the prize and will not be entitled to receive any compensation. Residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be 19 years of age or older and residents of Mississippi and Puerto Rico must be 21 years of age or older.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS: All materials submitted become the sole property of the Langley Federal Credit Union and will not be returned. Potential prize winners will be notified by phone and/or email and may be required to complete, notarize and return the Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, and (where legal) a Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted notification. The winner’s Affidavit Form is subject to verification by Langley Federal Credit Union.

The awarding of the prize is contingent on each individual’s full compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Langley Federal Credit Union in its sole discretion. If winner is found to have falsified any data or material, the winner forfeits his/her prize and is disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected according to the original winner selection method, time permitting. If prize notification is undeliverable or if potential winner does not comply within the applicable time period as stated above, he/she will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. Langley Federal Credit Union is not responsible if a Potential Winner does not receive the Winner Notification forms or corresponding Prize because a fraudulent e-mail address or other inaccurate contact information provided. Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission to the Langley Federal Credit Union to use winner’s name, city, state, comments, photograph, voice and/or likeness as part of promotional emails being sent to all participating cardholders during the Promotion Period along with other purposes of advertising, trade and/or publicity without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web in perpetuity without notice, review or approval, unless prohibited by law.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

LIMITED LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Langley Federal Credit Union and its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Langley Federal Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, or corrupted entries; technical, computer, network, telephone, mobile device, or system malfunctions; failures or unavailability of hardware, software, or communications systems; errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or printing, typographical, human, or other errors appearing in these Official Rules, promotional materials, winner announcements, or other Sweepstakes-related materials. Langley reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Langley in its sole discretion.

TERMINATION, MODIFICATION, AND DISQUALIFICATION: Langley Federal Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, Force Majeure event, or other factor beyond Langley's reasonable control impairs or is likely to impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. A "Force Majeure" event includes, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental actions, epidemics, pandemics, or widespread system or communications failures.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled end date, Langley may, in its sole discretion, award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the termination date or elect not to award the prizes. Langley reserves the right to disqualify any individual who, in its sole judgment, tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits fraudulent or misleading information, engages in misconduct, abuses any Credit Union product or service, attempts to obtain entries through improper means, or otherwise violates these Official Rules. Without limiting the foregoing, Langley reserves the right to disqualify any entry associated with suspected fraud, identity theft, loan fraud, account manipulation, misrepresentation, suspicious account activity, or any activity intended to circumvent the eligibility requirements or compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Langley may, in its sole discretion, determine whether an entry or participant should be disqualified based on actual or suspected misconduct.

Langley reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Official Rules and to pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS & SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; THE LANGLEY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WAIVER: : Langley Federal Credit Union’s failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION: Langley Federal Credit Union shall not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of entrants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by Langley Federal Credit Union to fulfill the above purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the privacy policy and these Official Rules, the privacy policy shall prevail.
