Make a Payment from the Mobile App

1 Log into Mobile Banking app

Get the Android App at the Google Play store.

Get the Apple iOS App at the Apple Store

2 Tap the "Transfer" button at the bottom of your mobile app

3 Tap "Transfer Between Accounts"

4 Select the Checking or Savings account you are paying from

5 Select the Loan you would like to pay to

6 Continue to payment review and submission

1 Log into Online Banking or register here.

2 Click the "Transfers and Loan Payments" option at the top of the screen

3 Select the account you would like to pay from

Select the account you'd like to pay from

4 Select the loan you would like to pay to

5 Complete all fields listed

6 Click review to review your payment information and confirm to complete payment

Pay a Loan via Debit Card

Notice: a $2.95 fee will be charged when paying via a non-Langley debit card. Transfers from Langley checking accounts can be set up in Digital Banking to avoid this fee. See Pay a Loan via Checking/Savings for more information

2 Tap the "Transfer" button at the bottom of your mobile app

3 Tap "Pay a Loan with a Debit Card"

4 Enter your payment information and continue to payment review and submission

1 Log into Online Banking or register here.

2 Click the "Transfers and Loan Payments" option at the top of the screen

3 Tap "Pay a Loan with a Debit Card" on the left side of the screen

4 Read through the information and click “Accept & Continue”

5 Enter your payment information and continue to payment review and submission

Pay a Loan from an External Account via Digital Banking

1 Log into Mobile Banking app

2 Click the "Transfers” option at the bottom of the app.

3 Click "Add an External Account"

4 Complete your account set up through Instant Account Verification or Manual Account Input.

5 Click “Review” to review your payment information and submit to confirm payment

1 Log into Online Banking or register here.

2 Click the "Transfers and Loan Payments" option at the top of the screen

3 Click "Add external account"

4 Complete all the fields listed

5 Click “Review” to review your payment information and submit to confirm payment

Pay a Loan from an External Account via Langley Payment Center

Visit Langley Payment Center to make a payment on your loan using a debit card or an ACH transfer from another financial institution.

Available 24 hours a day.
Payments made after 4:00 PM ET will post the next calendar day.
Debit card payments include a $2.95 service fee.

1 Log in to the Langley Payment Center or call 1-888-534-6928. You can also call our main number 757-827-5328 and say “pay loan with external account” when Leigh answers.

2 Choose one of the following:

Returning User (log into an existing account)
Pay as a Guest
Sign Up Now! (create a new profile)

Where can I find my Payment Center Loan Number?

You can locate your Payment Center Loan Number in Digital Banking. This number is required when making payments in the Legacy Langley Payment Center.

Login to Digital Banking or open your Langley Mobile Banking app.
Click on your loan.
Click on Details to find the Payment Center Loan Number.

Payment Center Loan Numbers are formatted with your member number, the letter L, and the 4-digit loan ID: 123456L0001, 123456L0002, etc.

Make a Payment from the Mobile App

1 Log into Mobile Banking

2 Tap the "Transfer" button at the bottom of your mobile app

3 Tap "Transfer Between Accounts"

4 Select the account you want to pay from and the mortgage loan you want to pay.

5 Select the payment type:

Regular Payment - Pay the exact amount of your monthly payment.
Principal Only - Pay any amount towards your principal loan.
Regular Payment + Principal - Pay any amount higher than your regular payment and the remaining amount will go towards your principal loan.

6 Choose the frequency of your payment

7 Review the information and click "Schedule" to complete

Make a Payment from Desktop

1 Log into Online Banking

2 Click the "Transfers and Loan Payments" option at the top of the screen

3 Choose the "From" account for where you want to pay from.

4 Choose the "To" account for the mortgage loan you want to pay towards.

5 Select the payment type:

Regular Payment - Pay the exact amount of your monthly payment.
Principal Only - Pay any amount towards your principal loan.
Regular Payment + Principal - Pay any amount higher than your regular payment and the remaining amount will go towards your principal loan.

6 Choose the frequency of your payment

7 Review the information and click "Schedule" to complete

Setting up a Recurring Payment

Langley offers the ability to set up recurring payments for your loan. To set up recurring payments, follow the below steps.

1 Log into Digital Banking or via the Mobile Banking app

2 Click the "Transfers and Loan Payments" option at the top of the screen. For the Mobile Banking app, select “Transfers” at the bottom of the screen.

3 Select the account you would like to pay from

4 Select the loan you would like to pay to

5 Complete all fields listed

6 Change the “Occurs” option to when you would like to send payments

7 Complete start and end dates

8 Click review to review your payment information and confirm to complete payment
