The Process

For companies or organizations with 25 to 2,999 employees or members:

1. The company or organization petitions the credit union through a letter of request. The body of the letter must contain the company/organization name, number of employees/members, proximity to the nearest branch location and be printed on letterhead. In addition, the letter must state that the company or organization is requesting to be added to Langley Federal Credit Union's field of membership.

2. Once approved, the letter goes to LFCU's Board of Directors to be voted on. Upon their decision, the letter is forwarded to the National Credit Union Administration for final approval.
