Activating Your New Visa® Debit Card

If you received a new red VISA debit card replacing your old MasterCard debit card, have no fear. Activating it is easy as 1-2-3. It only takes a moment, so follow the simple steps below, and you'll be all set!

MasterCard converted to new Visa debit card

  1. You need to activate the card and you must create a PIN. Your PIN can be a new PIN, or you can reset it using your old one.
  2. Call 1-866-985-2273 from the home or work phone number listed on your account.
  3. Provide the following information:
    • - Your card number.
    • - The four (4) digit expiration date.
    • - The last four digits of the Social Security Number of the primary owner of the checking account.
    • - The three (3) digit code on the back of the card near the signature line.
    • - The PIN you desire for this card


    Note: Your PIN can only be changed once per day.

If you opened a NEW checking account recently, and received a Langley VISA debit card, you'll need to do the following:

  1. You need to activate the card and you must create a PIN. Your PIN can be a new PIN, or you can reset it using your old one.

    • - Your card number.
