  • Use key words such as balance or transfer. The shorter the sentence, the easier it is for Leigh to answer your question.
  • Perform one task at a time such as a product inquiry or loan payment. Once your first task has been completed, move onto your next. Leigh will understand better if she is working on one thing at a time.
  • Leigh has the ability to ask follow up questions if she is unable to understand what you are saying. For example, if you say balance, Leigh might ask for which account you’d like your balance.
  • Follow prompts. Leigh may provide links to help get you to the right place during your inquiry.
  • Wait for Leigh to complete her sentence. She may get confused if interrupted.
  • If needed, you can ask Leigh to slow down during your call.
  • You have the option for your call to be sent to a representative during business hours by requesting an Agent at any time during your call or chat.

  • If your inquiry involves personal account information, be sure to have your member number and telephone banking PIN available before speaking with Leigh.

PIN Numbers

There may be instances when accessing your account information where Leigh will ask you for your telephone banking PIN. This is for additional security and is different from your debit or credit card PIN. If you do not know your telephone banking PIN, Leigh can walk you through the process to create or reset one.
