Last week, Android deployed an update to their mobile operating system (OS). As a result, some devices that have been updated are experiencing difficulties logging in to Langley's Android mobile banking app using fingerprint/face authentication. Those logging in using a username and password are unaffected. If you would like to restore fingerprint login now, a temporary workaround has been identified.
