EVENT DETAILS
Priority Honda of Hampton and Langley Federal Credit Union are teaming up for a Labor Day Weekend event taking place September 5–7, 2026, at Priority Honda of Hampton, 4115 W. Mercury Blvd., Hampton, VA 23666.
Event hours are:
- Saturday, September 5: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Sunday, September 6: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
- Monday, September 7: 9:00 AM–8:00 PM

Event Incentives — Up to $3,000 in Event-Only Benefits
Consumers who finance an eligible vehicle purchase through Langley Federal Credit Union during the promotional period may be eligible to receive up to $3,000 in combined event-only benefits, which may include:
- Drive Now, Pay Later — make your first auto payment in December
- Free GAP coverage ($1,200 value)
- Lifetime nationwide oil changes at approved Lithia locations (value for gas: $599; diesel: $899)
- Lifetime nationwide state inspections at approved Lithia locations
- Free powertrain warranty for select vehicles with less than 85,000 miles (estimated retail value: $2,500)
Benefits may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, vehicle restrictions, financing requirements, geographic limitations, participating provider requirements, and other conditions.
No Payments for 90 Days
Eligible borrowers who finance a qualifying vehicle through Langley Federal Credit Union may be eligible to defer their first auto loan payment until December 2026. The 90-day payment deferral is available on eligible auto loans funded between September 1 and September 7, 2026; the final day to fund and qualify is Monday, September 7, 2026. Interest accrues during the 90-day payment deferral period.
All loans are subject to credit approval and Langley Federal Credit Union lending requirements. Rates, terms, and conditions may vary based on borrower qualifications and other applicable factors.
Free GAP Coverage
Qualifying consumers who finance an eligible vehicle through Langley Federal Credit Union during the promotional period may receive GAP coverage at no additional cost, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and GAP terms and conditions.
Lifetime Advantage (Nationwide Oil Changes & State Inspection)
Applies to in-stock vehicles only. The cost of the lube, oil, and filter service is included in the vehicle price, and an opt-out is available. Cannot be combined with any other rebates. Lifetime oil value is $599 for gas vehicles and $899 for diesel vehicles. Electric vehicles are excluded, and other exclusions may apply. The state inspection incentive saves the vehicle owner $20 for each year of ownership. For an average five-year ownership period, the state inspection incentive is valued at $100.
Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty
The Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is valid on Priority Certified Used Vehicles only, within six calendar years or newer and with less than 84,000 miles. Diesel engines, European, luxury European, and exotic vehicles, Lincoln models, and manufacturer-certified used vehicles are excluded. The warranty is valid anywhere in the U.S. at ASE-certified locations and covers the engine and powertrain, subject to a $100 deductible. The warranty is not valid on used vehicles that have been modified beyond the manufacturer's specifications, and other exclusions may apply. See dealer for details.

EVENT DAY GIVEAWAYS — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ALL ENTRIES HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING. ONE ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE PERSON PER DAY DURING THE EVENT. MUST BE PRESENT AT TIME OF APPLICABLE DRAWING. GIVEAWAY SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW.
The Giveaways will take place in connection with the Priority Honda Labor Day Event, September 5–7, 2026 ("Giveaway Period"), unless otherwise specified in these Official Rules. The Giveaway is open only to individuals who meet all applicable eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. The offer is subject to availability and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of each winner. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of a prize is permitted, except as otherwise determined by Langley Federal Credit Union ("Langley" or the "Credit Union") in its sole discretion. Langley reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Langley's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway will consist of one (1) Giveaway Period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 5, 2026, and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 7, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period").
During the Giveaway Period, eligible event attendees may receive one (1) entry per person per day, for a maximum of three (3) entries per Eligible Person during the Giveaway Period. Hourly drawings will be conducted during each day of the Giveaway Period at times designated by Langley, from among the eligible entries received for that day. The specific times of the hourly drawings will be determined by Langley and/or the event organizers and may vary. To win, an entrant must be present at the time of the applicable drawing. An entrant may be eligible to win more than one (1) prize during the Giveaway Period unless otherwise specified in these Official Rules.
In addition, all new Langley members acquired during the Giveaway Period who satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements will be entered into two (2) grand prize drawings. The grand prize drawings will be conducted on September 9, 2026 ("Grand Prize Drawing"), at times designated by Langley. Entrants need not be present at the time of the Grand Prize Drawings to win, and grand prize winners will be notified by telephone or email using the contact information provided to Langley.
ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to qualified event attendees who satisfy all applicable age, residency, and eligibility requirements, including applicable federal, state, and local law. Employees of Langley, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Employees and representatives of Priority Honda and their immediate family members and household members are also not eligible to participate or win a prize.
To be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing, an entrant must also become a new member of Langley during the Giveaway Period and satisfy all applicable Langley membership eligibility requirements.
HOW TO ENTER: All qualified event attendees are eligible to receive one (1) entry into the hourly drawings, up to one (1) entry per person per day during the Giveaway Period, for a maximum of three (3) entries during the Giveaway Period. Each day's entry is eligible for the hourly drawings conducted that day. All new Langley members acquired during the Giveaway Period will automatically be entered into the two (2) Grand Prize Drawings.
PRIZES: The Giveaway will award 26 total prizes across the hourly drawings held throughout the event, plus two Grand Prizes awarded on September 9, 2026. The prizes are as follows:

Grand Prize Drawing — September 9, 2026:
- Grand Prize #1: VIZIO Limited Edition 65-Inch 4K Smart TV (Model: V4K65X-08), approximate retail value $348.
- Grand Prize #2: Honda Motocompacto Electric Scooter, approximate retail value $995.
The total approximate retail value of all prizes awarded during the Giveaway ("ARV") is $3,943 USD.
Prizes will be awarded at the Priority Honda Labor Day Event or at other locations designated by Langley. Each selected winner must accept the prize at the time of the applicable drawing. If a selected winner fails to accept or take possession of the prize, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Langley reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner.
No substitution, transfer, or assignment of a prize is permitted, except that Langley reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of a prize, and will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC, if required by applicable law, reflecting the actual value of the prize for the applicable tax year.
DRAWING / WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable Giveaway Period by representatives of Langley Federal Credit Union. Hourly drawing winners must be present at the time of the applicable drawing to be eligible to win. Grand Prize winners need not be present at the time of the Grand Prize Drawings and will be notified by telephone or email using the contact information provided to Langley. All potential winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility and complete any applicable eligibility, liability, prize acceptance, tax, and/or publicity documentation as permitted by law before receiving or accepting a prize.
GENERAL RESTRICTIONS: The awarding of any prize is contingent upon the selected winner's full compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Langley in its sole discretion. If a selected winner is determined to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the selected winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.
If Langley determines that a selected winner has falsified or provided materially inaccurate information in connection with the Giveaway, the selected winner will forfeit the prize and be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected according to the original winner-selection method, time permitting.
Prizes are not transferable, and no substitution of a prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Langley, including the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Acceptance of a prize, and participation in the Giveaway generally, constitutes permission for Langley to use the entrant's or winner's name, city and state, comments, photograph, voice, and/or likeness for advertising, promotional, trade, and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, including the Internet, unless prohibited by law.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between any promotional materials or other communications relating to the Giveaway and these Official Rules, these Official Rules will prevail, govern, and control. By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and accept Langley's decisions as final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
LIMITED LIABILITY: By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Langley and its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, and subsidiaries from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize awarded, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Langley is not responsible for any printing, typographical, administrative, human, or other inadvertent errors in any Giveaway-related materials, or for any errors or difficulties that may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the conduct of the drawings, the selection or announcement of winners, or the awarding of prizes.
Langley reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway, or any portion thereof, if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other circumstance beyond Langley's reasonable control affects the integrity, security, or proper administration of the Giveaway. In such event, Langley may, in its sole discretion, conduct the Giveaway or any affected drawing in a manner that is fair and consistent with these Official Rules, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
MODIFICATION / TERMINATION: If the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond Langley Federal Credit Union's reasonable control, or circumstances affecting the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Langley Federal Credit Union reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway.
Langley reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, violates the Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the legitimate operation of the Giveaway. Langley reserves the right to prosecute any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process to create fraudulent entries or to disrupt the operation of the Giveaway, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant acting in a manner deemed by Langley to be in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive way, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS & SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; THE LANGLEY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
PRIVACY: Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Langley's applicable privacy policies and used as permitted for administration of the Giveaway and related purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the privacy policy and these Official Rules, the privacy policy shall prevail.
WAIVER: Langley's failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
