Chief Lending Officer

Melissa joined Langley as Chief Lending Officer in July 2026, bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across the banking and credit union industries, with deep expertise in lending strategy, portfolio growth, P&L management, credit risk governance, and digital lending transformation. Melissa holds an MBA in Finance, Risk, and Leadership from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a BS in Private and Public Sector Leadership from Capella University. She has served on Moody’s Credit Union Advisory Board and the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School Dean’s Advisory Council, and most recently served as President of the Overlook Auxiliary Board. She has also been recognized as one of NJBIZ’s Best 50 Women in Business.
