The Langley for Families Foundation raised over $500,000 in gross profits for the third consecutive year at its 10th Annual Charity Golf Classic in Williamsburg on May 21, 2024. Net proceeds from the Golf Classic will be granted to local nonprofits whose programs and services offer access to education, healthcare, housing and human services.

Over 100 golfers were treated to a wonderful day on the Golden Horseshoe Golf Club’s Gold Course which included multiple opportunities for challenges and prizes, including longest drive, closest to the pin, and hole-in-one grand prizes. Golden Horseshoe Golf Club’s Golf Pro, Erick Mellott, joined players on the course for a Beat the Pro contest and a chance to win a new Titleist TSr2 driver. The event’s Platinum sponsors were vendor partners whose values and commitment to making a difference align with the Langley for Families Foundation: Glenn Development, Immediate Mailing Services (IMS), Lumin, TruStage, VISA, and VISA DPS.

We are so grateful to our sponsors, volunteers, and advocates for their commitment to ensuring the success of this important event for the Langley for Families Foundation and the nonprofit community. Their generosity powerfully demonstrates their dedication to advancing the foundation’s mission of improving the lives of families in need in the communities we serve.
