Langley Federal Credit Union Wiring Instructions

A wire is an electronic transfer of funds from one account to another. Langley Federal Credit Union offers wiring services to all its members.


Send a Wire

You have the ability to send a wire by using any of the below options:

  1. Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking through your desktop or mobile phone.
    • Desktop: Select "More Links"
      Mobile: Select "Menu"
    • Select "Secure Forms"
    • Select "Wire Request"
    • Once finished and submitted, you will receive a call from a representative to complete the wire request.
  2. Call to speak to a representative at 757-827-5328
  3. Schedule an appointment at any one of our branch locations

When sending a wire, be sure to obtain the following information:

  1. Routing number
  2. Account number (to include any additional identifying information such as loan number)
  3. Address (person or business)
  4. Recipient name (the full name as it appears on the account)

Receive a Wire

To avoid having your incoming wire returned, please provide the sender with your correct account number and your name as it appears on the account.

Fees may apply for wire services.

Wire Processing

Wires with all paperwork completed and sent to the wire department by 4pm EST are generally processed the same day.
