Tori began her career at Langley in 2003. She serves as Vice President of Operations, leading the teams in deposit operations, card servicing, payments, and dispute operations. With two decades in the credit union industry, Tori is a subject matter expert in debit and credit card usage, digital payments, mobile wallet integration, and personal finance.
